Don't they just piss u off when they suddenly stop your money without telling u, u ask them about it they say its an error, but yet if u owe them money then its different they expect it straight away.

We have had the same problems on many occasions, WE need that money and when they decide to stop it or have a mix up it takes ages to get the problem sorted.

And like you say they are no help at all, numerous phone calls, even going along to talk with them does not push it along any quicker.

They P*S me off.
